At Guyker, we strive to process your order quickly and deliver it safely.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • After shipment, we will email you the tracking number.

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours by emailing support@guyker.com.
  • After 24 hours, the order may have entered processing or shipping, and cancellation may not be possible.

Shipping & Fulfillment

  • To ensure faster delivery, we prioritize shipping from the nearest available warehouse.
  • If you purchase multiple items, your order may be split into multiple packages.
  • In rare cases of insufficient inventory at one warehouse, we may reassign items to other warehouses. Our system will automatically choose the most efficient fulfillment plan.

Rates and timelines vary by destination and order value. During peak seasons, transit time may increase by 3–4 business days.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Most destinations: duties and import taxes are included; no extra payment upon delivery.
  • Exceptions (e.g., Brazil and India): duties and import taxes are not included and must be paid by the recipient according to local customs rules.
  • Customs policies vary by country. If unsure, please consult your local customs office before ordering.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Remote or hard-to-reach areas may require additional transit time.
  • Certain products may be restricted due to size, weight, or regulations.

Order Tracking

  • All orders include a tracking number; you may track your shipment on the carrier’s website after dispatch.

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you didn’t receive the package:

  1. Check common drop-off areas: front door, porch, garage, backyard, or other safe-drop locations.
  2. Ask family members or neighbors in case they accepted the package on your behalf.
  3. If you still cannot locate it, please email support@guyker.com and we’ll do our best to assist.

  3. Address Change: Changing the delivery address in transit may incur an additional fee.

  5. Duties & Taxes Note: Please refer to the Customs, Duties & Taxes section—most destinations are tax-inclusive; for non-inclusive destinations (e.g., Brazil, India), duties and taxes are the recipient’s responsibility.

  7. Shipping Delays: Rare, unpredictable delays may occur. We will do our best to ensure timely delivery, but we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers; orders will not be refunded or reissued due to such delays. If a shipment is significantly delayed, we will help track it and, where applicable, assist with a lost-shipment claim.
